Program. Tennessee Standard Plumbing operates a text messaging program for customers who opt in. Messages are sent from (865) 352-9003.

Types of messages. Customers who opt in will receive appointment reminders and updates, plus promotional offers.

Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Tennessee Standard Plumbing does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates still apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at (865) 352-9003, or email relief@tnstandard.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
